Shipping Coverage
We proudly offer “Pan India Shipping”— delivering to all states and union territories across the country, including remote and rural areas.
Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines
We offer two shipping methods for your convenience:
“1. Standard Shipping (Free)”
- “Cost:” FREE on all orders
- “Estimated Delivery Time:”11–12 Business Days
Available on every order, no minimum cart value required
“2. Express Shipping”
- “Cost:”₹50 flat charge
- “Estimated Delivery Time:” 8–10 Business Days
- Faster processing and priority dispatch
“Note:”Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary slightly due to public holidays, natural calamities, or courier delays beyond our control.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within “1–2 business days” of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on “weekends or public holidays” will be processed on the next working day
- You will receive an **order confirmation email/SMS** once your order is placed
- A “tracking link” will be shared once your order is dispatched

## Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you will receive a **tracking ID** via email or SMS
- You can track your order through our website or the courier partner's tracking page

## Shipping Restrictions
- We currently **do not offer international shipping**
- Certain remote pin codes may experience additional delays of 2–4 days
- PO Box addresses may not be serviceable

## Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team
- In case of a **lost shipment**, we will initiate an investigation with our courier partner and provide a **replacement or full refund** within 7 business days of confirmation

## Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives **damaged**, please take a photo/video at the time of unboxing
- Report the issue to us within **48 hours** of delivery
- We will arrange a **replacement or refund** after verification

## Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make **up to 2–3 delivery attempts**
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us (RTO)
- In case of RTO, re-shipping charges may apply

## Important Notes
- Delivery timelines begin **after order dispatch**, not from the date of order placement
- **Rarerooot** is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- During sale periods or festive seasons, processing and delivery may take slightly longer
